Always supervise your pet while it is in the pouch, support your pet with your hands when moving, and never leave your pet unattended, use the pouch while driving, cycling or exercising, or use it for a pet that is unwell, anxious or too large. You are responsible for judging whether the product is suitable for your pet.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Bundle discounts ("buy 2" and "buy 3") are applied automatically in the cart. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time and to limit quantities.

4. Orders and billing

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information.

5. Shipping

Delivery times and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. We currently do not ship to Türkiye or the United Kingdom.

6. Returns and refunds
